Founder & Principal
Andrew Morris is the Founder and Principal of AlphaDelta Advisory Group and an AML and compliance leader with nearly two decades of experience across regulatory, executive and program-owner roles.
He has served as an IIROC (CIRO) examiner, Chief Compliance Officer and enterprise AML program owner, and has built and defended programs under FINTRAC, IIROC/CIRO, OSC, OSFI and independent audit scrutiny.
Andrew’s experience spans securities dealers, money services businesses, trust and loan companies, insurance, real estate, wealth management and armoured transport. This includes designing and implementing Canada’s first national AML/ATF program for the armoured-car sector, from regulatory interpretation through national rollout and board-level governance.
Andrew also serves as faculty and program co-chair at Osgoode Professional Development. He has contributed to public-private AML policy dialogue through Finance Canada and FINTRAC forums, represented industry on the Advisory Committee on Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (ACMLTF), and participated in the FATF Private Sector Consultative Forum from 2022 to 2025.
